What is FAB5IVE?

FAB5IVE is a beauty box subscription service that sends 5 carefully selected cosmetic products every month, with cool and trendy brands, major and independents labels. Categories of products you can find in the box are make-up, hair care, skin care, nail care, body care as well as tools and accessories.

Who runs FAB5IVE?

FAB5IVE is a brand belonging to VIA BAMM s.r.o. The webpages www.fab5ive.com are led by VIA BAMM s.r.o. as well. We are a company located in Prague, Czech Republic, with company ID 054 77 751, with a seat in Prague, 15500, Pod Viaduktem 1205/50.

How much does FAB5IVE service costs?

Subscription for the FAB5IVE beauty box costs are different for different options. In case you choose a one-time box (which is technically not a subscription) the price is 23.99 EUR including the VAT. You will receive only one box, and it will be shipped the next working day following a successful payment.

In case you choose a monthly service, the cost is 19.99 EUR including VAT. This is the amount that will be charged to your card, or that you need to pay every month via bank transfer. The first box will be sent the next working day after the payment. However, the following boxes will be sent each 7thday in the month following a successful payment.

3-month subscription for FAB5IVE Beauty Box costs 53.97 EUR for all 3 months, including VAT. The full cost will be charged on order. The first box will be sent the next working day following a successful payment. The other 2 boxes will be sent on the 7thday of the following months. Unless cancelled, the subscription will continue to be charged. We will send you a reminder 30 days before the subscription ends, for you to decide whether you want to cancel it or stay with the subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time during the 3 months. In this way, you will not be charged again, and you will continue to use the service until the end of the period paid.

6-month subscription for FAB5IVE Beauty Box costs 95.94 EUR for all 6 months, including VAT. The full cost will be charged on order. The first box will be sent the next working day following a successful payment. The other 5 boxes will be sent on the 7thday of the following months. Unless cancelled, the subscription will continue to be charged. We will send you a reminder 30 days before the subscription ends, for you to decide whether you want to cancel it or stay with the subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time during the 6 months. In this way, you will not be charged again, and you will continue to use the service until the end of the period paid.

Are there any other fees for the beauty box subscription?

Beauty box price include the cost of the product and includes the VAT. However, depending on your country, there will be either a free transport option, or a paid transport option. Where available, you will be able to choose which option is better for you. Other then transport, there are no other extra fees.

Do you also have a personalized option of the beauty box?

At the moment we do not have a personalized option for our beauty box. We are focusing for now on making sure that the products we offer are of high quality and are usable for all skin types, and skin and hair tones. We have seen that many services have vanished due to a very complicated and cost heavy customization process. We like simple. Once we believe we able to offer it, we will be happy to share it with you.

How can I cancel my subscription?

We are sorry that you want to cancel your subscription. If there is anything we can do to help please let us know via helpdesk@fab5ive.com

You can cancel your subscription anytime. No fees, fines or hidden costs. As long as you cancel the subscription before the 4thday in the month, we will not charge you that month or any other following month.

To cancel your subscription please follow the next steps:

  • Log in into your account on www.fab5ive.com
  • Click on your name in the right upper corner
  • You will now see your information panel: click on ‘’subscription’’ on the left hand side, and then click ’’edit’’
  • On this page you will see ‘’cancel subscription’’
  • You will be asked to confirm the cancellation, and we will ask you for a reason (that you can but don’t have to provide to us, we only use it to improve the services and customer satisfaction)
  • You will receive the email confirmation that the service is cancelled
When will you charge me?

Monthly subscription:

Payment for the first FAB5IVE Beauty Box will be charged to your card at the moment of the order. The next boxes will be charged every 5thday in the month.

One-time box:

Payment for the one-time FAB5IVE Beauty Box will be charged to your card at the moment of the order. We will send you the box the next working day.

3-month subscription:

The payment for the 3 boxes will be charged at the time of the order – 53.97 EUR in total, including VAT, but without transport cost. You will be able to choose your delivery option, and we will offer a free transport option as well where available. The first box will be sent the next working day following the successful payment, and the next 2 boxes will be sent on the 7thday in the following months.

Unless cancelled, the subscription will continue to be charged for the following period automatically. We will send you a reminder 30 days before the subscription ends, for you to decide whether you want to cancel it or stay with the subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time during the 3 months. In this way, you will not be charged again, and you will continue to use the service until the end of the period paid.

6-month subscription:

The payment for the 6 boxes will be charged at the time of the order – 95.94 EUR in total, including VAT, but without transport cost. You will be able to choose your delivery option, and we will offer a free transport option as well where available. The first box will be sent the next working day following the successful payment, and the next 5 boxes will be sent on the 7thday in the following months.

Unless cancelled, the subscription will continue to be charged for the following period automatically. We will send you a reminder 30 days before the subscription ends, for you to decide whether you want to cancel it or stay with the subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time during the 6 months. In this way, you will not be charged again, and you will continue to use the service until the end of the period paid.

How can I change my payment details?

You can set up or change your payment details on your ‘’My Account’’ page.

Why can’t I log in to my account?

In most cases it is because of a password. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the service to change your password via email. If you have any other issues please send us a note on helpdesk@fab5ive.com and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

How can I re-activate my subscription?

It is enough if you go to your ‘’My Account” page and order again the subscription. That is all. If you have any other issues please send us a note on helpdesk@fab5ive.com and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can change your address on ‘’My Account” page. If you have any other issues please send us a note on helpdesk@fab5ive.com and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

What happens if I don’t have enough of funds on my account?

We will try to charge your card based on your order. First time at the time of order, and then on every 5thday of the month, depending on the service you have chosen. If the payment fails, and the service is not cancelled form your side, we will try to charge you 5 more times in the following 7 days. If all tries fail, we will not be able to send you the box that month. We will send you an email with information that the payment has failed and ask you to look at it. If you have any other issues please send us a note on helpdesk@fab5ive.com and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

What kind of payment do you support?

We support payment by credit and debit card and also bank wire transfers. If you have any other issues please send us a note on helpdesk@fab5ive.com and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible

What can I do if some of the products are damaged?

In case of damaged products please contact us on helpdesk@fab5ive.com. We will do our best to help you and to replace the damaged product free of cost. For an easier process please send us a photo of the damaged product in the box. If you see the product is damaged, please contact us as soon as you can.

Can I return the FAB5IVE box I have received?

Yes you can return the beauty box within 14 days of purchase, if the products in the box are unopened and unused. In case you want to return it, or have some other request, please contact us via helpdesk@fab5ive.com.

Can I buy FAB5IVE Beauty Box from previous months?

If you would like to but a box from previous months please contact us on helpdesk@fab5ive.com and we can see if we can help. Sometimes we offer special services to our members,  in case that the boxes are not sold out.

What kind of products can I find in your beauty box?

FAB5IVE Beauty Box will include make up, hair care, skin care, nail care, body care and different accessories.

We include fresh brands from independent beauty companies as well as major brands. We always choose high quality, trendy and new products. We work with brands in UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, USA, Korea, Australia and more.

To which countries do you ship FAB5IVE Beauty Box?

We are shipping to Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Austria, Germany. We are planning to start offering the service in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro and Macedonia. Please contact us if you are interested in our service and you are from another country.

What is the delivery time? How long until I get my box?

The delivery time will depend on the transport option you choose and the country you reside in. It can be between 2 working days and 10 working days. You should receive the notice from our transport partner when the package is on the way. 

I still didn’t receive my beauty box. What happened?

If you didn’t receive your beauty box for 10 working days or 14 days in total please contact us via helpdesk@fab5ive.com and we will try to find out what is happening and locate the box. We are tracking each box with the help of our transport partners.

How can I send FAB5IVE Beauty Box as a gift?

Please click on Gift FAB5IVE and follow the instruction. You have a possibility to include a personalized hand-written message, or send yourself the first box to present it personally, while we send the following ones directly to your loved one.

How does Gift works?

When you order FAB5IVE Beauty Box as a gift you will receive an email confirmation from us about a subscription, and a confirmation that the first box was sent. The person that you are gifting will not receive this information. It will be a surprise to them! And if you decide to include the personal note, your chosen person will know from whom it is. You can then include the chosen person’s email and phone so that the courier can contact them direct for the delivery of the following boxes.

How do I know that the person I am gifting has received the box?

You, as a person that has ordered the gift, will receive an email confirmation each month that the box has been shipped.

Can I add a personal note in the box?

Yes, you can. On the checkout page you can add the notes and we will include your notes in a hand written message if you so desire.

Do I need to know an email and phone from the person I am gifting?

Yes, if you like that person to receive the box directly. If however, you want to present the box yourself, or can communicate with the courier yourself, we don’t need the information about the person you are gifting.

How can I cancel my gift subscription?

If you are the one who has ordered the gift subscription and wish to cancel it you can go to ‘’My Account’’ page and cancel it. If however, you are the person who is receiving the gift and do not wish to receive it anymore please contact us via helpdesk@fab5ive.com and we will do our best to assist you.
